Security Deposit Deductions

Hello, my first tenants just moved out. I'm located in California and I'm not sure what I can deduct from their security deposit. Can you guys take a look at my pictures and let me know if this is normal "wear and tear" or can I charge them for these damages? They left quite a few nail holes, pencil scratches on the doors, door handles don't lock, and it seemed like they tried to cover up stuff with paint. Please help me, this is my first time dealing with returning a security deposit. How should I handle this?
