Please Critique My Rental Listing

Hello everybody. I'm in the process of renting out my unit, and not getting the interest that I had hoped for. I'm not sure if this is due to COVID or if my listing may not be up to par.

Is anybody here willing to take a look and give me feedback?

For what it's worth, we do plan to repaint before the next tenant to a more neutral color.
