Tenant gives notice, changes mind several weeks later
My tenants are required to give 60 days written notice to vacate. Someone gave notice 4 weeks ago and I immediately qualified someone else and reserved the apartment for them. Now the tenant changed their mind and wants to stay. Landlord in MA.
