Tenant With Fear Of Dogs. Another With Emotional Support Animal
This is a challenge that I thought the forum may be able to help with:
In the event that a tenant has a justifiable fear of dogs and suffers from PTSD from a previous attack (they even asked if it was a dog free property upon rental), what happens if a neighboring tenant states it is their legal right to acquire an emotional support animal because of the ADA laws?
