Tenant is not responding to messages

Guys my tenant is supposed to move out today. I have sent her several reminders and I sent her another one today that today is move out day. She isn’t responding even though she agreed to me not renewing her month to month contract. My other tenant told me she isn’t home but her stuff is there. How long should I wait? I gave her until 5 pm to be out.
