Security camera access for tenants
I own and live in a two family house. I live on the first floor, and a tenant rents the second and third floors. I recently installed a Google Nest security camera on our porch, which faces out to the walkway, driveway, and sidewalk. The tenant asked to be added to the account so they have 24/7 access to the footage. I told them that I wasn't comfortable with that, but if anything happened I would download the clip and email it to them. They keep insisting on being granted access. I'm hesitant, but wondering how others might think about it.
