Section 8/Metro rules
Where would I find what I can and can't do with section 8/metro tenants? I'm located in Ohio. The places I'm generally interested in include Columbus, Sandusky, Zanesville, northern Ohio.
My initial thought that prompted this question:
-how do I raise rents with section 8? Can I?
-with a multiplex, I'd be responsible for water, trash, sewer, etc. I've heard of landlords putting a fee on top of rent to cover those expenses and have tenants pay for them. Again, can I do that at all with metro tenants? How so?
My guess is it will depend on local legislation and Gov involvement for the area.

Kyle I would take a look at the HUD website https://www.hud.gov/program_of...
