Lease Agreement - where do I start??

I will be closing on my first property at the end of August. I plan on doing PM by myself for the first year or so just to get my feet wet and understand the business. Wondering if anyone has experience with a lawyer they could suggest in getting a clean, binding lease agreement made up, or if anyone has strong feeling toward one of the free lease generation offerings online?
