House Hacking gone bad

All would be fine and dandy if u never had to evict a tenant ur in close proximity to. Haven't run into any post about that! I'm one year into this game and had a tenant die, handyman issues, realtor issues, loan co. So much for getting out of ur comfort zone. Taking a leap of faith breaking leg. Done with house Hacking never had a good experience it was a little better having christian tomatoes shh maybe not save some money anyway. New strategy have a PM forget house hacking too old to bother with that have my own personal sanctuary travel for retirement find a nice country. 😂
