NEED TO SELL A HOUSEC ASAP

I was referred to this post in reference to a situation I am currently in.

I have a house in Mableton, Ga that I have been trying to sell for over 8 years and I keep running into one situation after another trusting people to purchase it.

My current situation is a couple who are wholesaler/flippers in the house who were suppose to purchase it by May 31. 2020. They moved in the house in May 2019 and our contract clearly states the house would need to be purchased by May 2020. They paid a portion of my mortgage on time every month ($500 less), they did work to the house without my approval (including changing my locks)..they agreed to give me the difference of the mortgage when they sold their townhouse (Nov 2019) and they did not. I had to call them in May to find out they did not apply for a loan before the pandemic and they do not know when they will be able to purchase the house. They have known from the beginning that I was not interested in being a landlord and gave them the opportunity to lease out the kindness of my heart. They have refused to vacate my property after the lease was over in May and continue to send me a portion of my mortgage ($500 less). I have hired an attorney who has advised to send the payments back. They have been served an eviction notice but are refusing to leave. The court system is on their side because I don't know when we would actually go to court because of the pandemic. I just want this over so I can get on with my life!!! I know they are doing this to me because I am a single woman with no real support in Georgia. If there are any suggestions on getting this behind me, I would appreciate it.
