Rent collections options?

I'm wondering if its a good idea to provide my tenants with options on how they may pay rent. I'm most interested in the online option just because of the convenience and well why not lol. I'm wondering tho, would it be a good idea to provide the tenant with a small discount in rent in order for them to go online? Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

@Michal Kasza

I use my bank to collect rents.  Each tenant receives an email based on whatever date I choose to have it sent; 10 days before it’s due,etc.  There is a link to pay the rent on the email.  It gets automatically deposited.  They do not have my account number.  It works great.  There are plenty of services out there as well.
