Hello Fam,

With the rental season around the corner and COVID issues still in effect, do you landlords and property managers plan on using realtors screenings?

I am a realtor here in the Boston Area market and we are trying to assess what Landlords are gearing up to do with the possible massive relocations that is looming.  Any feedback is appreciated! We wanna set up the right processes and top level screening this year!
