On-site or remote property mgmt for beachfront condo?
Hello,
Im interested in acquiring my first property. A beachfront condo somewhere in the Carolinas. Im torn between on site and remote mgmt companies. On site typically want 40%+ of revenue, whereas offsites (turnkey, vacasa) will do for less than half. What im trying to figure out is, would there be a difference in actual revenue just based on on-site vs remote? With remote, thered be no help from the front desk, different cleaning crew etc. BUT..... remote will manage for less than half the revenue cut!
Thanks in advance,
