Buy a rental property in Orlando

Betty Zhu
Posted

I currently live in New York and I want to buy a rental property in Orlando. I mainly focus on cash flow. Since this is long distance investment and I don't go there often, I am looking for a property that has very low maintenance. I think condo or townhouse would be ideal, but I am not sure about the location. I read the posts about rental property in Orlando, and seems like people focus on areas outside of Orlando downtown where the main house type is SFH. If I want a condo or townhouse that can be easily rent out and generate nice cash flow, where should I invest?
