Housing hacking with 7+ Bedrooms !! - Pro Investors help needed!

Just put an offer on a 3,500 sq ft tri-level home in Colorado that has 7 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms ($700 each) and am thinking to potentially add 1-2 bedrooms more. However my question is when is to much rooms too much? Im worried it may be difficult to rent out 7-9 bedrooms to different individuals.  Im currently doing the same for a 6 bedroom townhome , and currently renting out 5 of the 6 bedrooms (always difficult to have maximum occupancy). Im thinking people will be deterred by the fact that there are so many other people living there. Lastly the basement also has an additional kitchen so we can technically separate the basement tenants from the rest since we plan to make it a walk out . So it would not feel as though there are as much tenants (theres 3 bedrooms now , potentially 4 bedrooms in the basement ) . Any thoughts???
