Is there anyway to report unpaid rent to a credit agency?

Is there anyway to report unpaid rent on a tenant who skipped out? I talked to some one at Equifax and they said that there was a demand for this type of reporting from landlords, and that they were working on it, and would make an announcement when it became available. Any other suggestions? Or is there any other way to identify these people.  I don't think that I'm the only one with this type of question.
