Needing Advice on Scaling

Im 19 approaching purchasing my first house hack (duplex) to begin investing and trying to scale my portfolio. Im aware of the BRRRR method, HELOC method, etc. I need some advice on the best way to approach setting myself up to scale a portfolio starting from scratch at 19 as a new investor.
