upgrading two 3 families to sell cost of owners meters

I have two 3 families w/3 gang meters. looking for cost to upgrade to (4 gang meter) utility says no bypass switch needed and the panels can stay in their current location.  I know that common area wiring will be extra cost, just looking for ideas for cost, These properties are right next to each other.

The quote I got.  update 3 gang meter can to 4 gang meter can, update grounding to current codes, install new owners panel, replace old service wire with new wire from meter can to panel location (15 feet)

The quote I received was $7,800.
