Property Manager recommendations for Las Vegas high rise condo

I have a high rise studio condo at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas that has been enrolled in their transient rental program. Because of the pandemic, transient rentals are not doing well. It's not a good time to sell, so I'm hoping I can at least cover my HOA fees by turning it into a residential rental. I would appreciate any recommendations for property managers, and any advice on this situation.
