One Million in CASH !!! Wait or Buy Now !!!
Just curious if you were a buy and hold investor, and you had a million in cash right now, would you wait until covid ( time frame guessing 8 months to a year from now ) is over or start pulling the trigger and try to find deals now.
Not that I have a million dollars. I wish I did, but just curious what you think about how covid may effect the economy and the housing market.
No right or wrong answer here just wanted your opinions. Thanks.

I would have no problem investing at this time. It's all about the right deal. You may be able to get a good deal on a place where the rents aren't being paid and the owner either can't afford to hold on or is too scared. I bet lots of mom & pop operations will be selling thanks to all the government changes. I'd probably avoid a place where there is a lot of renovations needed as contractors are swamped right now.
