Issues before closing with existing tenant

I am a first time small multi family investor. On paper the deal looks great should cash flow $900 month.

Today on my final walk through the one unit was trashed with some deadbeat tenants. It was not that way during my inspection or While placing the offer.

 
My question is what are my options before closing? Should I walk on this deal because of it? Should I be concerned getting into this issue during Covid?  I am in upstate ny
