Petscreening.com and Emotional Support Animals

Kamal Gill

I had a tenant submit a Emotional support animal application on petscreening.com and petscreening.com returned the application to the tenant stating it does not meet the FHA/HUD guidelines as the documentation is insufficient to support the ESA. Tenant has not responded to the request but insists it's a ESA. What should I do?

@Kamal Gill at this point it is up to you. You can charge him/her extra or tell them to be gone; whatever you want to do.
