Interactive chart to track in/outflows for multiple partner deal
Hey everyone,
I recently began a deal with three other people. We’re equal partners, everyone 25%. Bought house on a big plot of land, are fixing it up and will soon have renters. We also plan to continue to develop the property. I’m looking for a template or advice on how to make an interactive chart showing everyone’s expenses and then inflows and distributions so that we can all see who’s paid for what, who owes what and who’s owed what. Does anyone have experience or advice with this?
Thanks,
Will
