Am I getting enough tenant information through Cozy Application?
I do my applications through Cozy, but after a conversation with another investor, I realized I don't really have any personal information on my tenants in the event they don't pay rent and I need to file for eviction. Thankfully that hasn't occurred, but my question is:
For those that do applications through Cozy, what other information do you collect to help protect yourself and hold tenant accountable if they stop paying rent and you need to send info to credit bureaus or file eviction?
