Insurance for a Rental Property - OKC
I'm looking for suggestions on insurance companies and coverages for a rental property. Specifically, what companies seem to be rental property friendly and have good rates? Also, what are the must have coverages that have proven worth the money when you built your policy(s)? All of the differences between how companies build their policies make them really hard to compare! For context, I'm under contract for a SFH in Oklahoma City so if anyone has a local contact or suggestion, I'd love to hear them!

@Micheal Briscoe, thank you for the recommendation!
@Blair Colsey, looks like there are some great referrals here already. I would echo @Blake Wimsey's idea of going with an independent. As an independent broker, we can find the right carrier with the right premium that fits your risk profile.
