Room Rental w/in my home and Tenant's Guest during a Pandemic

I am a landlord who resides in the home in which I rent rooms from. I live with my Grandmother in the home who is in the high-risk category for the COVID-19 pandemic. Can I restrict or deny entry of any of the Tenant's (non-essential services) guests during a pandemic?  They rent a room in my house and have a shared common area.
