Lawn maintenance, fire ants treatment who is responsible?

I was wondering if you normally treat fire ants when you crew mows the lawn. I have tenant asking me to treat it them. I normally take care of the lawn but figured those types of issues is a tenant responsibility? Thoughts ?

I don't mind doing it one in a while but I don't want to start something where I get called for everything on the lawn,.
