Is it discrimitary to increase rent for family of seven in NH?
I am currently charging 2,000 for my four-bedroom apartment. I normally have four tenants. If a family of seven wants to rent, can I increase the rent to offset the included water/sewer, included electric and wear and tear? I don't want to discriminate, but my costs will go up with more people.

If you are advertising at $2000 to everyone and then to the family of 7 you say "no, this will be $2200 in RENT" but then the next day a family of 3 looks at it and you tell them $2000 again, yes that is discrimination.
This is why I always recommend not bundling utilities into rent! Rent is rent. Everything else (pets, water, sewer, trash, insurance, whatever) is its own fee. Some of those fees can and do vary by household.
