A question about tenants in multi unit buildings
Hi all,
Love the site, been knee deep in some of these threads about investing. This is my first post.....I'm in the process of looking for a multi unit property in the Cleveland area. Just wondering what some of you more experienced investors prefer in terms of tenants. Do you prefer long term tenants that have been paying rent on time when you purchase the building, or do you prefer a clean ready to rent building but no tenants?
I presume both have their pros and cons so I'm curious what you guys think? It's something I'm thinking about as I'm looking for my first property to buy!
Thanks again, look forward to your replies.
