I don't understand. You want good tenants but yet get upset when you are asked to fix things in YOUR property. I'm unsure why any of you seem to think it's my responsibility to replace broken things in YOUR home that I pay a good amount of money to live in! If the carpets gross replace it! There's a leak? Replace it! I shouldn't have to clean your place at all it should be ready and nice for me to move into! You want good tenants then make your damn place nice! Stop blaming the tenant for being what you call "annoying".

We are annoyed with you and how you expect us to fix all your ****! Don't rent a property you don't intend to take care of on your dime! Again it's your house you do the work!
