How to best find an eviction attorney working in my area

Hi, I have an investment property in Solano County of California. I am going through a very tough and lengthy eviction battle. Part of it is my own fault as I waited too long. But I am not too sure if my current attorney is doing a good job, so I want to seek out a second opinion or maybe even switch to a more competent attorney. It has been tough locating a good attorney in the area that I own the property in. I was wondering how to go about in finding a good attorney? What would be the sign to look for in a competent attorney who can help me with an eviction? Any recommendation here?
