House hacking sfh and renting to tenant that has kid
Hi, i recently purchased my first sfh that i will be house hacking by renting out individual rooms. I currently have the rules set to one person per room. A perspective tenant is asking if it would ok if their kid spends the night 2-5 times a week. I wouldn't want to discriminate based on their family status but would it be a good idea to have a tenant that could turn into possibly having two tenants in a room and one of them being a toddler. Thanks in advance for any advice.
