Hi everyone!!!  Any advice on buying a new Lennar Next Gen ( The home within a Home ) for house hacking ?

This could be a great opportunity depending on your location. This is basically a home with a "mother-in-law-suite", right? If so, you're probably looking at SF zoning. In some areas, there are restriction on how many non-related tenants can be in a SF dwelling. This seems to be especially true in college towns. You might be able to get the lot rezoned or monitor the tenancy closely to stay compliant. I'm also curious what other have to say on the topic. Thanks for the post!
