Need Property Management Company in Henrico/Richmond, VA

Hello
I own a condo (located in a homeowner's association community) in Henrico County, VA and need a PMC to take care of it when I move to Australia - permanently - in July. I have researched online and have a few potential PMC but my main concern is the distance between me and my major investment (i.e. condo), if things go wrong. I have looked at this and other forums, saving pertinent information to ask prospective PMC and looked at the BBB, but want to know if anyone reading this has any recommendations on local PMC they can direct me too. Recommendations that are JUSTIFIED not just because they know of a company, or know someone operating one. I want this experience to be as stress free as possible. Frankly, it is disheartening to read so many horror stories but I am hopeful that there is AT LEAST one person reading this post that can offer some good news and/or advice.
Thank you
