Using Public Adjusters
Anyone has any experince they can share on using public adjusters to assess damage to rental properties? I am a remote investor. Own properties in SW Florida. I am unaware of any damage that needs a claim to be filed, neither have I been denied any claim in the past. I try to keep my claims to a minimum, so I protect premium increases. However, adjuster says they will find me thousands of dollars worth of damage, especially in properties located in SWF. While I am keen to find our what they might find, I am also hesitant to proceed into claims, so I protect my good claim history with insurance cos. Suggestions very welcome.
