Latest paint colors for rentals?
Hi everyone! Looking to acquire my first rental and we just met with a contractor to get a quote on repairs for a 1935 semi detached single family. They have been painting all their rentals with a modern gray with white trim. The contractor also suggested gray kitchen cabinets. I heard once that warm tan was a great color for the interior of a rental. What colors are you using in your rental units? Any recommendations? Go with gray?
