A Prospective Tenant's Side, unable to print a copy of report.

Posted

My experience was/is, that not all property owners can get a copy of the report. Therefore, I not only paid the 29. for Zillow report, but I had to pay again 35. to the property owner who had his property listed on Zillow. In addition, I cannot figure out if I can print or obtain a copy of the report. I have spent countless time going over the system to see how I can print one or download. Went through the FAQ section.  Print a lease, print forms, but no print credit report. I sent in a request for info, haven't received a response yet. Wasting time and money. So my conclusion is it does benefit "some" property owners, however, somehow it isn't benefiting me in my search for a new place.
