Hello,

I am new at BP but I have been listening to podcasts and attending seminars for over 2 months. Still lot to learn.

Recently, I got a job at Clifton, NJ area but I live in Queens, NY. So I need to move to NJ. Now, I do not want to rent. I want to own a property that will appreciate in value and also give me positive cash flow through rental units.

Ideally looking into 2-3 unit houses in a semi safe neighborhood for 200-300K. I will be managing the property and everything. Also, I do not mind getting into a rehab property.

My time frame is end of this year. So I am reaching out to you guys to spread my network and hopefully start working with some of you such as real estate agent, lender, contractor, fellow house hacker and etc...
