Federal Foreclosure & Eviction Moratoriums Extended

Freddie and Fannie extend the moratorium on foreclosures and evictions on single-family homes until August 31. HUD will extend FHA loan forgiveness for homeowners with FHA-insured single-family mortgages until the end of August.
