Have an Illinois lease you can share?

Hi all,

Reaching out to the BP community in hopes that I come across a landlord dealing with single family units outside of Chicago limits. My property is located in Hoffman Estates, IL and this is my first time being a landlord. I’ve been doing a lot of research but I’m hoping someone would be willing to pass along a copy of a lease that has worked well for them. My understanding is that leasing inside of city limits is very different to leasing out of city limits. Happy to hear any landlord advice for Chicago suburbs as well.

Thank you in advance!

-Chris
