I would like to know how do you go about tenants paying  rent late during this corona pandemic, do you charge late fees?

@Sami Gren I agree with what @Alyssa Lebetsamer said. COVID-19 protections for renters vary by state and city. I know the state of New York has banned late fees, so I would check the laws related to New Jersey.
