Tenant Owned (MHP) - Leasing to another party / Tenant Not paying
Hello, all. I have an interesting situation. My property manager recently informed me that a tenant owned mobile home is being leased by the owner to another party. The third party has refused to pay lot rent and the owner is not responding to messages or phone calls. How should I handle this situation? My thought is to say the third party is trespassing, file an eviction, and then state the property is abandoned. The property is in NC.
