Zillow for commissioning a lease and collecting initial payment?

Hi BPers,

Zillow has been great for listing apartments and collecting applications. Has anyone used the "lease" and collecting of initial payments so that the whole rental transaction takes place on Zillow? I would love to hear your thoughts
