I brought my property three years back, which I’m planning to convert to a rental property.

Should I be doing a full blown home inspection (similar to one that was done during buying) and fix all the issues prior to renting out?

What’s the right inspection to do before converting from primary ownership to rental? Want to fix anything safety-related or major, create a copy for records and avoid any liability.
