Altered Screening Criteria?

I'm working on a landlord survey and was wondering: Has anyone altered their screening criteria due to COVID? If so, how have you altered it and how long do you anticipate it being altered?

Thank you for your feedback!

@Corina Eufinger

The biggest thing in my opinion is to make sure they do the application, BEFORE, allowing them to come check out the unit. I have a SFH that I house back with 4 rooms available to rent. So in order to make sure everyone feels safe, if you aren't willing to fill out the applications and meet the standards, you cannot come see the house. They get the pictures of the room and common areas, but no in person tours
