Moving multiple houses on one property?

I have recently acquired 4 acres and plan to move 8 homes onto the property. ( 1/2 acre per house.) I am curious if anyone has experience with this. If so, is there any problems you ran into I should be worried about? Would each house have its own address or share one? Are there any kind of special permits I would need? I’m not sure who to talk to for these questions here locally. I know if anyone can answer my questions, this is the place. The property is located in southeast Texas, if that’s helps. I appreciate any help I can get. Thank you in advance.
