Erie County Buffalo New York Covid 19 Eviction Laws

I have tenants in Erie County that is 2 months behind and I want to evict him. I tried to contact him but no communication. I am willing to work but he is ignoring me so I will do what I need to do to evict

Anyone out there familiar with the current Covid 19 eviction restrictions?
