Mobile home Renter's policy liability /dogs
I just required my tenant to get renters insurance with liability because he has 2 dogs. I found him a policy (only one company would do it because it is a 1987 mobile home.) But that policy has a limit on dog issues of $10k. It is the same company I have the property insured with and now they are saying they are not even sure if my 300k liability limit would cover dog issues. They said because it is a mobile home. Anyone else run into this problem? TIA!!
