Room Renting in my personal home
I am considering renting out one of my rooms in my house. Do you have to claim this as income? If so, how do I go about that? If not, can I just save the money to buy future investments? I am curious on some pros and cons on this subject. Thanks for your input in advance. :) Stay safe.
