Type of Lease
Is it acceptable do you think to use the "standard" lease that the State and the Board of Realtors uses/authorizes for leases? I've got a Section 8 duplex that I have come to feel is poorly managed, and I'm going to try to do it myself. I realize it will be a challenge, but I'm just starting with the lease. (the tenant gave notice and is out in a few days so I need to find a new tenant/new lease)
